***SUPPLEMENTS***  

Good ole’ supplements, chances are 4 out of 5 people take some kind of supplement or vitamin to help with there health goals or maintain some sort of fitness goal, but are all supplement good for you ?

Throughout the U.S. and pretty much the whole world there are supplement companies that are manufacturing these products that people injest, and there is a lot of money in this type of business. One person on the web estimated that people spend millions if not close to billions on supplements that have been proven to benefit the body and others that have not been tested at all…. thats were all the fun comes in .

At the begining of life babies while in the womb are feds vitamans from the mother and nowadays pregnant mothers are given a slew of them to take to provide nurtrients to the babay and mom to be. So it seems that these companies are in your life even before your life starts and as you develop and grow into older possibly a so called pre-teen exercise will be intoduced by the doctor’s advice or gym class or as a hobby other than playing video games all day.

Seems as though when a young man is intoduced into the so called “workout” to stay fit some kinda of supplement is suggested by a magazine, friend, or so called trainers. Usually it starts with what you had before you were born vitamans and then the protein shakes in which most are powdered whey protein isolate which is good at a small dose one scoop (20 – 30 grams of protein) but how much does your body really need before it becomes harmful to your whole system? Most people will tell the ignorant ( no not the  rude person but the person that is not knowing of the situation ) to load up your body needs it to build muscle, add up the protein you eat without the shakes and you would be surprised by the numbers add the shake into it and you are probably well over enough unless you are a pro bodybuilder that’s body has matured into adulthood but still non the less can still be harmful, harmful how ? lets see ever have a kidney stone ? ever been dehydrated ? load up on something like some creatine or protein shakes without drinking enough water and you will be doing more harm than good. Due to the supplement world they would have you believe that take this pill and all is fine which if you buy into that you might be in for some trouble. I assume that the pro body builder that endorses certain supplements might use that product or stay clear of it either way they have some kind of contract to make money with these products and I’m sure they are probably a walking lab as some has called due to all the chemicals and pills they take to maintain a grizzly bear type look.

The supplements that I have taken and me being cautious as always when consuming something like a vitamin, protein, etc..I would notice if not enough water was taken in during a period of time i would feel lazy or worse a slight pain in my lower back, big deal right ? if you have ever had any dehydration problems or kidney stones that thought alone will make you drink a gallon of water a day. Listen to your body, kinda important!

So the point I attempt to make is that there are a million different supplements out there which ever one you choose do a lot of research on them and take in to consideration how your body will react to what you put inside cause its not going to say on the label its going to make Joe Smoe slightly thirsty, or unable to sleep if taken after 8:00pm and once you walk out of the store the supplier will be on the phone to order more to which I make my point of the millions if not billions people spend on protein shakes, vitamins , preworkout powders, weightgainers, all have their purpose some good some bad its all in the way your body will react to them and how much common sense you use, read the labels do some medical research on the effects of some of these products , taking 3 scoops of protein at one time with each scoop being 30 g of protein =90 g of powder that your stomach, liver, kidneys, and intestines have to make work of and you  might absorb only a percentage of what you put in with health to suffer along with your wallet.

So do your research and choose wisely as the supplement company had you before you were born and will try to keep in your life as long as you live to drain your wallet at the cost of your health good or bad .
